The doctors of Bach Mai hospital has reccently provided free health check-ups, and medicines for people in Lang Chanh and Thuong Xuan districts, Thanh Hoa province, as part of the coordination program on providing free healthcare in the 2014-2017 period.
The delegation of doctors divided into two groups.
The first group to Lang Chanh district was led by Assoc.Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quoc Anh, Secretary of Bach Mai hospital Party Committee and Director of Bach Mai hospital, while the second to Thuong Xuan district led by Vice Director of Bach Mai hospital Nguyen Ngoc Hien.
At least one million people in disadvantaged and mountainous areas will be provided free health check-ups, treatment and consultancy in 2014, according to the programme.
