Despite the fact that 2016 is considered as one of the most difficult years for the industry of public passenger transportation, Transerco still achieved many positive results, better met the travelling needs of the people. Full network continues to be expanded, improved and rationalized with a total of 90 times for the 50-line adjustmentse. Particularly, in December, 2016, Transerco has commissioned 3 more new routes and 1 bus rapid transit (BRT) route, increasing the total number of bus routes to 94 routes throughout the network. Besides, there were 127 new and alternative investment vehicles, bringing the total number of buses to 1,093.

In 2017, Transerco has determined to continue to develop and improve network and improve the quality of passenger service. In particular, Kim Ma - Yen Nghia BRT route have been quickly established, operated and managed. Therefore, in the future, Transerco will need to further develop the spirit and collective strength, to explore innovations and solutions that help maximize the role of a business born to serve the community, for the community benefits, to put public interests above all other else.
