Vietnam Ambassador to Korea Pham Huu Chi highly hailed the accomplishments made by the VSAK and more than 5,000 Vietnamese students, especially in study and community-basedactivities.The HANSHIN Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd also used the occasion to present 10 scholarships to outstanding Vietnamese students.
