Vietnam’s mounted police force marched at Ba Dinh Square before an audience of National Assembly deputies who would begin the 9th session of the 14th National Assembly (NA), on June 8 in Ba Dinh Square, Hanoi.

The event, was attended by Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, NA Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan and Minister of Public Security, General To Lam. The march had been prepared by the Mobile Police Command for several days.

Starting from 7:15 to 7:45, the cavalry mobile police force marched on Doc Lap street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, in front of the NA Building and President Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum.

Officers of the mounted police force pledged absolute loyalty to the Party, Fatherland and people as well as their determination to sacrifice themselves to protect the country’s security, social order, safety and happiness of people.

Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan of the National Assembly expressed her delight when witnessing the parade. She emphasized the mounted police is a new force and the country still lacks experience and skills in professionally training them, so the orderly march in formation at Ba Dinh Square was fruit of staunch efforts by the mounted policemen.
