The event, running until September 21, brings together 80 booths showcasing traditional drinks, creative beverages, health-focused selections and international flavors, alongside the “Taste of Hanoi” culinary space and traditional craft displays.

The model of Khue Van Cac (the Pavilion of the Constellation of Literature) was set up alongside other cultural symbols of Hanoi.

According to Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Tourism Nguyen Tran Quang, the festival honors the beverage industry and promotes Hanoi as an attractive culinary destination.

It serves as a bridge connecting tourism with F&B businesses, restaurants, hotels and travel agencies, contributing to sustainable growth.

During five days, visitors can enjoy a wide range of activities including bartender shows, mixology workshops, F&B trend discussions, cultural performances, game shows and artistic check-in spaces.

One of the major activities at event is the seminar “Elevating F&B Services in Tourism Experiences” which gathers experts and businesses to share solutions in attracting tourists through cuisine and beverages.

The festival also emphasizes green tourism, encourages eco-friendly materials and reduces plastic waste. Designed with colorful decorations, artistic landscapes and modern lighting, it recreates the “flow of flavors” while capturing the vibrant atmosphere of Hanoi’s autumn.

With the support of the Hanoi Tourism Association, the Vietnam Beer–Alcohol–Beverage Association (VBA), and numerous enterprises, the event is a key highlight in Hanoi’s tourism promotion efforts.

The booth of the earthenware beverage brand features a special line of honey-based drinks fermented in clay jars for at least three months.

Visitor Nguyen Huy Hoang, who tried the salted honey drink, shared: “This product has a very good taste, and I felt my sore throat ease because the drink contains honey and salt.”
