Hanoi bids warm farewells to delegations from across Vietnam after the 80th National Day celebrations, showcasing the capital’s hospitality and national pride.

THE HANOI TIMES — After the grand ceremony marking the 80th anniversary of National Day held at Hanoi’s historic Ba Dinh Square on September 2, delegations from provinces and cities across Vietnam departed the capital for their localities.

Truong Viet Dung, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee, bid farewell to the visiting delegations and expressed his gratitude.

The delegate from the northern province of Ninh Binh warmly thanked Hanoi for its thoughtful reception and highlighted the profound political and social significance of the commemorations, which strengthened national pride, unity and determination.

Hanoi’s hospitality left a lasting impression, reflecting the capital’s role in fostering close bonds with provinces nationwide.

To ensure smooth preparations for welcoming delegates to Hanoi for the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (A80), the vice chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee tasked municipal agencies with managing accommodation, transportation, and reception services, ensuring all arrangements were carried out respectfully and thoughtfully.

With close coordination among departments and agencies, Hanoi is fully prepared for this historic celebration, guaranteeing that delegates, residents, and visitors alike enjoy a safe, meaningful, and memorable holiday.
