Chairman of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism Nguyen Trung Khanh said that green tourism is the orientation of Vietnam’s tourism development until 2030.

“This is the reason why this national tourism year is named “Quang Nam- A Green Destination”. It is also the theme of all tourism activities to be organized throughout Vietnam in the coming time,” he said.

According to Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Doan Van Viet, Quang Nam is a locality with a long history and cultural traditions. “With such great tourism potential, the National Tourism Year 2022 under the theme “Quang Nam - A green tourism destination" will help the locality introduce its traditional culture and tourism potential to international friends,” Viet said.
