The 2.9-kilometer bridge is a large-scale infrastructure project in Hanoi, featuring a distinctive crisscross cable-stayed design and a one-kilometer main span. It has six lanes for motor vehicles, two lanes for mixed use, and two pedestrian walkways. Once operational, the bridge will reduce logistics costs, stimulate business activity, promote tourism, and provide new space for urban expansion. The project is expected to accelerate the transformation of Dong Anh District into a major cultural and service hub for the capital city and the country as a whole.
