Twenty-four more national treasures in Vietnam have recognized

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has approved the recognition of 24 new national treasures, the 6th approval of this kind in 2017.

The 24 objects and sets of objects including a dagger with the handle shaped like a snake biting an elephant’s foot: dating back 2000 – 2500 years ago, preserved at Nghe An central province’s museum. A ladle with elephant-shaped handle: dating back to 2000 – 2500 years ago, preserved at the Nghe An Museum.
In addition, the stone musical instrument found in Loc Hoa relic: dating back to nearly 3000 years ago, preserved at Binh Phuoc central province’s museum. The 4th is a set of casts found in Nhon Thanh relic: dating from the 1st – 7th century, preserved at the museum of the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho.
The 5th is box containing Sarira (Buddhist relics) in Thap Nhan relic: dating from the 7th – 8th century, preserved at the Nghe An Museum. The 6th is a relievo depicting Champa Buddha found in Central Highlands: dating from the 6th – 7th century, preserved at Gia Lai central highland province’s museum.

King Le Hien Tong’s tombstone: dating from the end of the 15th century, preserved at the Lam Kinh historical relic, the central province of Thanh Hoa.
Ancient texts carved on mountain rock at the Kinh Chu cave: dating back to the 19th – early 20th century, preserved at the Kinh Chu cave, the northern province of Hai Duong. The “Con Son Bi Phuc Tu Bi” stele: dating from 1607, preserved at the Con Son – Kiep Bac architect and historical relic site in Hai Duong. Mac Dynasty’s box-shaped stele in Doi Coc: dating from 1549, preserved at the temple worshiping first-place royal laureate Giap Hai in Dinh Tri commune, Bac Giang.
