Singer Hoa Minzy, whose real name is Nguyen Thi Hoa, stands out among this year’s honorees.

In March 2025, she released a music video titled Bac Bling to express her love for her hometown, the northern province of Bac Ninh. The video became the fastest in V-pop history to reach 200 million views, achieving the milestone in just 81 days after its release on social media platforms.

In August 2025, Hoa launched another video titled Noi Dau Giua Hoa Binh (Pain Amid Peace), the main soundtrack for the war-themed movie Mua Do (Red Rain). The video has gained 26 million views on YouTube, while Mua Do became the highest-grossing Vietnamese film ever, earning nearly VND714 billion (US$27 million) after one month in theaters.

Alongside her musical success, Hoa has devoted much of her time to charity work, supporting children and people in need. She and her fan community have raised billions of dong to help victims of floods and natural disasters. Her example encourages kindness, empathy and generosity among young people.

Another inspiring figure is Mua A Thi, Head of Hang Pu Xi Village in the northern mountain province of Dien Bien. He has worked tirelessly to help local residents abandon outdated customs, apply science and technology to farming and improve their living standards.

The 26-year-old village head acted decisively and bravely to ensure the safety of all 72 families with 380 people during a flash flood that struck the area in early August 2025. His story reflects the determination and dreams of ethnic minority youth striving to bring positive change to remote communities.
