Below is the updated journey of the Vietnamese athletes at the 2024 Summer Olympics currently taking place in Paris, France.

July 28, 2024 results

1. Trinh Thu Vinh, 23, secured 4th place in the women's 10m air pistol event. She scored a total of 198.6 points in the final.

2. Vo Thi Kim Anh, 27, lost 0-5 to the 21-year-old Indian boxer Preeti Pawar in the women's 54 kg boxing category, ending her campaign in the round of 32.

3. Pham Thi Hue, 34, qualified for the quarterfinals in the women's single sculls rowing repechage.

4. Le Thi Mong Tuyen, 21, failed to pass the women's 10m air rifle qualification.

Schedule

July 29: Ha Thi Linh, 31, will take on Chinese boxer Yang Wenlu in the women’s 60kg preliminaries in the round of 16.

July 30: Nguyen Thu Linh, 26, will compete against Australia’s Ho Tiffany in women’s badminton singles group stage (Group K).

July 31: Le Duc Phat, 26, will play against German opponent Roth Fabian in men’s badminton singles group stage (Group K).
