The Lotte Mart supermarket chain is running the "LOTTE MAX SALE" program, offering discounts of up to 50% or 1+1 promotions on more than 6,000 items. There are many exclusive products available only at Lotte Mart, including Norwegian salmon fillets, ST25 rice, and New Zealand gold kiwis. Moreover, Lotte Mart has introduced a member coupon program offering additional savings on selected items.

The Co.op Mart program, "Fresh Every Day — Maximum Savings," offers savings of 15% to 40% on many fresh products, processed foods, and regional specialties, including Tafa Plus chicken eggs, CP chicken thighs, white pomfret, squid, various fruits, banana sticky rice cake, and lotus seed vegetarian rice.

The "Shopping Season 2025 - Enjoy Shopping" festival is offering steep rebates of up to 54% exclusively for gold and platinum members. The "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" program offers great deals on essential consumer goods, household appliances, kitchenware, fashion, and cosmetics from domestic and international brands, including Co.op Select, Ticook, Elmich, Thien Hoang, Honeyland, Neptune, Nutifarm, and Tsubaki.

To celebrate its 27th anniversary, the GO! supermarket chain is running an ongoing promotional campaign with wide-ranging discounts across essential product categories. Customers can find daily product discounts, such as: 35% off Braeburn apples, 37% off Downy laundry detergent, and 37% off Coho salmon.

An additional program has been launched to stimulate demand for fruit products, featuring the "Northern Fruit Festival" theme and offering notable price reductions on famous Luc Ngan lychees and Hung Yen longans.

Nguyen Thi Bich Van, Communication Director of Central Retail Vietnam Group, told The Hanoi Times that the discount program will contribute to the success of the recently launched National Concentrated Promotion Program 2025 recently launched and the Hanoi Concentrated Promotion Month 2025.

"We would like to contribute to the city’s targets of stimulating domestic consumption, promoting digital payments, and boosting economic growth in the last six months of the year," said Van.

Nguyen Tuan Anh, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Industrial Extension and Development Consultancy Center, announced at a press conference late June that the campaign will feature major promotional activities in July and November with the participation of 1,000–2,000 businesses. “Discounts of up to 50% are expected to drive retail sales and consumer service revenue growth,” he said.

Besides traditional commercial stimulus efforts, this year's campaign will focus on promoting cashless transactions via QR codes and e-wallets in line with the national digital transformation strategy and smart city goals. A digital consumer experience space themed "Touch Technology — Live Smart" will feature AI-powered applications, interactive shopping platforms, and digital payment devices.

“In particular, Hanoi will track consumer participation, digital payment adoption, and average revenue increases among participating businesses with a performance evaluation system,” stressed Tuan Anh.
