Handico gains remarkable achievements in the first half term of 2015-2020
The Hanoi Housing Development and Investment Corporation (Handico) has recently reviewed the mid-term of the fourth Party congress for the 2015-2020 tenure.
Permanent Vice Chairman of the Municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Ngoc Tuan attended the event.
Over the past half term, the Handico has made and strictly implemented working regulations and increased responsibility of members of the Party Standing Committee to bring into full play the leader’s role.
Furthermore, the corporation has proactively popularized resolutions of the 12th National Party Congress and the 16th Municipal Party Committee congress among officials, Party members; established eight working teams and made five programs, three topics to realize eight working programs of the Municipal Party Committee.
Besides, the corporation has also focused on Ideological education and strictly carrying out Resolutions of the 11th and 12th Party Central Committee’s 4th plenum in association with Directive No.05-CT/TW of the Politburo on studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality and lifestyle.
Carrying out production and trade mission, the Handico has proactively taken advantages of market and made greater gains. In the period of 2016 – the second quarter of 2018, the total value of production and trade reached over VND 21 trillion, equal to 111% against the plan; total revenue fetched nearly VND 21 trillion, equal to 110.6% against the plan; over VND 2,280 billion was paid into the state budget, equal to 190% against the plan; etc.
In the coming time, the corporation will continue innovating leadership methods, strictly implementing democratic centralism regulations in Party organization; strengthening the effective implementation of resolutions of the Central and the city, especially Resolution No.09-NQ/TU dated December 27, 2012 of the Hanoi Party Committee on making strong changes in the Party building, improving the capacity and fighting power of Party organizations and members.
Speaking at the conference, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Municipal People’s Council Nguyen Ngoc Tuan recognized and highly appreciated the gained achievements of the Handico in various working fields over the past half term.
He asked the corporation to review all targets, missions and focus on goals which are difficult to fulfill so as to complete all missions; strengthen the Party building; pay attention to carrying out resolutions of the Party Central Committee’s 4th plenum, Directive 05 of the Politburo, Resolution 09 of the Municipal Party Committee, etc.
He also noted that It is important for Handico to make strategies in production and trade to create high economic efficiency; strictly deploy and complete the assigned projects as scheduled.
