Running until December 14, the fair gathers Vietnamese enterprises from Hanoi and some other localities, along with nearly 3,400 businesses from 100 countries, to showcase a diverse collection of handicraft products and high-quality agricultural OCOP ones.
According to Vietnam News Agency, this year, under the chairmanship of the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment, the "Hanoi-Vietnam" pavilion has been organized with a strategic vision, focusing on the theme "Vietnamese OCOP products: Converging values - Spreading culture."

This is a space to introduce products and a cultural bridge, helping European visitors directly experience the quintessence of Vietnamese art and cuisine.
At the fair, ten prestigious enterprises from Hanoi and other localities brought a variety of sophisticated handicraft products such as ceramics, silk, bamboo and rattan, along with high-quality OCOP agricultural products such as tea, coffee, cashew nuts and dried fruits.
These products, crafted by skilled artisans, embody the blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern export standards.
Enrico Brambilla, Secretary General of the Milan Handicrafts Federation, said that he has highly valued Vietnam’s consistent participation, with the potential of ceramics, silk and lacquerware that match Italian aesthetics.
He praised the unique, distinctive and colorful Vietnamese products, noting their strong cultural appeal to international consumers.

Nguyen Thu Ha, Charge d’Affaires of the Vietnamese Embassy in Italy, suggested more cooperation in sharing market insights and enhancing business connectivity
"Through discussions with Italian partners, the two sides stressed the importance of long-term cooperation for sustainable development in the handicraft sector and positioning OCOP products as cultural ambassadors in Europe," said Ha.
Starting from 1996, the Artigiano International Handicraft Fair is held annually ahead of Christmas, gathering the world’s largest handicraft producers. Vietnamese enterprises have joined the fair since the 2000s and marked another successful step toward conquering the European market in 2025.
