bUnder the directive of Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan on February 7, the city introduced a comprehensive strategy to modernize infrastructure, aligning with national development goals set by the central government.

The plan aims to raise awareness among city agencies and officials, emphasizing responsibility and exemplary execution of infrastructure projects. It defines clear tasks and assigns responsibilities to relevant departments. Key priorities include the management and utilization of major transport projects such as Belt Road 4, Belt Road 2 from Nga Tu So to Cau Giay, Belt Road 3.5, and National Highway 6.

The city will refine policies, optimize financial resources, and align infrastructure growth with national and regional economic strategies while ensuring environmental sustainability.

Hanoi authorities are tasked with translating this plan into annual action plans, assigning clear accountability, and ensuring effective oversight. The city shows the urgency of these initiatives, calling for determined and persistent execution while building upon past experiences and achievements.
