The Hanoi People's Committee will put effort into creating 10,000-15,000 jobs for rural workers by the end of 2021.

A number of projects on management and development of trademarks for agricultural products and craft village products under the program of supporting and developing intellectual property will be rolled out.

The municipal authorities will screen production technologies to replace outdated and polluting technologies with environmentally friendly ones. They will also focus on enhancing waste treatment technologies application in traditional craft villages and rural industries across the city.

Training courses in teaching skills will be held for craftsmen to pass on their ancient crafts to younger generations in accordance with regulations.

Policies to encourage the development of rural industries will be disseminated to owners of production establishments and laborers so that they know where to find resources to expand their businesses.

In addition to capital support and incentive tax policy dissemination, the Hanoi People's Committee requested local departments to focus on land allocation, land lease and environmental protection in traditional craft villages.

Developing and conserving the traditional craft villages, at the same time promoting tourism and educational experiences will be the target of Hanoi in the coming time for the prosperous suburbs of the capital city.
