According to the opera house, the performances, titled “Italia Mistero: The Mystery of Italy”, aim to showcase the lyrical and dramatic beauty of Italian classical music while fostering cultural exchange between Vietnam and Italy.

The concerts will be conducted by Maestro Alberto Maniaci, 37, a versatile pianist, composer and conductor from Palermo. Joining him are Soprano Federica Guida, acclaimed for her performances at La Scala and the Vienna State Opera, and tenor Matteo Falcier, regarded as one of Italy’s rising opera talents, who will make his Hanoi debut.

Conductor Alberto Maniaci, a young Italian talent, will lead the Teatro Massimo Orchestra in “Italia Mistero: The Mystery of Italy” at the Ho Guom Opera House.

Renowned for both opera and symphonic works, the Teatro Massimo Orchestra has performed regularly in its home theatre’s concert seasons and on leading stages worldwide.

Organisers said the Hanoi concerts promise an unforgettable artistic experience, marking a new step in strengthening cultural and artistic ties between Vietnam and Italy.
