Covering nearly 1,000 hectares and involving a total investment of over US$1.5 billion, the project is jointly developed by the Trump Organization and Hung Yen Company, a subsidiary of Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation. It will include a 54-hole golf course, luxury villas, eco-resorts and international-standard urban facilities.
At the ceremony, Prime Minister Chinh said the project represents a positive step in the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between Vietnam and the United States. He welcomed the participation of foreign investors and stated that such initiatives could contribute to Vietnam's sustainable growth.
Also present were US Ambassador to Vietnam Marc E. Knapper, senior leaders from central and local government, and Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of the Trump Organization. The Prime Minister said the participation of Eric Trump and his spouse brought additional attention and commitment to the project.
Eric Trump described Vietnam as one of the world’s most dynamic markets. He said the project would not only represent a new real estate development, but also reflect a long-term commitment to quality and respect for local values.
