One of the two projects is the Northern Southeast Dung Quat New Urban Area, which spans 1,320 hectares and will be home for 85,900 residents.

The residential area will feature 1,600 villas and townhouses, and an 18-hole golf course. Its construction will run from Q3/2026 to Q4/2037 for $1 billion investment with 70 years of operation.

The other project is the Southern Southeast Dung Quat New Urban Area, which will be built on 1,400 hectares, and be home to 68,700 people.

It will feature 935 villas and townhouses, as well as its 18-hole golf course. This project has a similar budget and timeline to the previous one.

Together, these projects aim to modernize the Dung Quat Economic Zone, attract new residents and investors, improve local infrastructure, and stimulate economic growth in the central coastal province of Quang Ngai.
