Hanoi Party Secretary: The consensus makes new sustainable development

Hanoi Party Secretary Hoang Trung Hai chaired the meeting with Phuc Tho District Party Committee on the results of the implementation of political tasks in 2016 and the key tasks in 2017. The meeting saw attendance of Vice Chairman of City Standing Councils Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, Deputy City Chairman Le Hong Son.



 
Shifting in the right direction

According to the assessment, the implementation of solutions should be in 2016, Phuc Tho district has achieved growth of 9.1%; budget revenue in the province reached 214 billion, or 181% of the estimate; per capita income of 33.3% million/year. The areas of planning, land, environment, culture and education are the positive changes.

To facilitate development of the province and strive to become the new rural district in 2017, at the meeting, Phuc Tho District's leaders quickly approve the proposed and detailed planning of 11 industrial clusters - handicraft with a total area of ​​over 223ha; approval of 1/500 ecological town to call for investment; implementing the North - South axis in the locality for land acquisition since 2010. The district also proposed to make points or invite agricultural enterprises to invest on the basis of high-tech brands like spinach to Kings, Thanh Da vegetables, Phuc Tho grapefruit, Van Nam banana and so on.

For the people, not for achievements

At the meeting, Party Secretary Hoang Trung Hai praised the comprehensive results achieved in Phuc Tho District in 2016, notably the restructuring of agriculture, more effectively with specialized areas, 100% proof of land use rights after land consolidation. Despite economic difficulties, but other fields such as health, education and investment are concerned; quality, order and security situation is stable.

For recommendations proposed by the district, Party Secretary Hoang Trung Hai delivered to the City People's Committee of Communist Party committee directed the departments to consider and resolve, with priority allocation for projects of North - South to contribute to better promoting economic development in the province.
