Priority is given to improve the people's life quality

On August 2 afternoon, delivering a speech at the question and answer session 2 of City Council, City Chairman Nguyen Duc Chung mentioned 11 key issues that the Capital`s representatives and voters care.

City Chairman confirmed: "Session of this Council has received many comments and recommendations of the voters. Many reports and submissions were discussed. Thereby, we will strive to complete the highest socio-economic indicators in this year and next year."

At the mean time, Chairman Chung said that the city had clearly defined the operating mechanism, clear division of responsibilities for the Chairman, Vice Chairman, construction work regulations of the City People's Committee, timely guide arising new content, collective reviewing all outstanding problems to solve, promote administrative reform under the guiding principle of enterprises, indicating the route, the solution to ensure efficient handling progress work, discuss many issues focusing towards democracy.

Most recently, the City has implemented online public services in the two districts of Nam Tu Liem, Long Bien and deployed in all wards since October 1, 2016.

Regarding wastewater treatment, the City will build wastewater treatment plant in the village area of ​​Cat Que, Minh Khai, Duong Lieu. In particular, in October, the City will start the two wastewater treatment plants and large technology for ODA. When completed in late 2017, the entire domestic sewage in the districts of Hoan Kiem, Dong Da, Tay Ho, Cau Giay, Thanh Xuan will be processed. With the pond project, from the beginning of the year, the City has ordered foreign companies. In the fourth quarter, the City set basic criteria that will be processed in the area of ​​waste water ponds in two areas of the City's largest garbage.
