Vietnam to join Global Digital Trade Expo 2025 in China

Vietnam aims to expand its global partner network and tap into the world’s most advanced digital technologies at this year's event.

THE HANOI TIMES — A delegation of about 20 Vietnamese firms will attend the Global Digital Trade Expo (GDTE) in Hangzhou, China from September 23 to 29.

Spanning 180 square meters, the Vietnam Pavilion will showcase products and services such as IT and digital transformation, industrial solutions, e-commerce platforms, and biotech and pharmaceutical innovations powered by digital technology.

According to the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (VIETRADE), the 2025 GDTE helps Vietnamese firms to increase their brand visibility and expand their international partnerships, paving the way for deeper integration into global value chains.

The expo will also allow them to explore new technologies and connect with Chinese companies in one of the world’s most dynamic digital markets.

Last year, over 70 direct trade exchanges occurred at Vietnam’s Pavilion, and over 90% of participants found potential partners.

About 95% of companies proposed organizing regular trade promotion activities, especially in China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).

Companies interested in participating in GDTE 2025 can register via the VIETRADE online platform before 5:00 PM on July 25.
