He added the ministry has been working with the Ministry of Construction and the Hanoi People’s Committee to build houses for the public security forces, achieving certain results.

The deputy minister requested that investor and relevant agencies comply with all existing regulations so that the project is implemented with quality, safety, and on schedule.

According to Lieutenant General Duc, the ministry will begin to build another project in Duong Noi Ward.

On August 13, in Thanh Tri Ward, the ministry kicked off the construction of Valenta Nguyen Xien – a housing project for officials, officers, and employees of the public security force.

The single-building project is designed with 30 stories and three basements, covering an area of 3,500 m2 for a population of 400 families.

This year, the prime minister assigned Hanoi a target of completing 4,670 housing units. According to on-site inspections, the Ministry of Construction assessed that the city could surpass the target, delivering over 4,700 units across six projects.
