How floor of Hanoi subway station is concreted?

The Nhon-Hanoi Railway Station line runs 8.5 kilometers on elevated tracks through eight stations and four kilometers underground through four stations.

The passenger transfer floor of the S9 underground station of Hanoi railway line 3 was completely concreted on June 24 after days of construction, Kinhtedothi.vn reported.

Workers place concrete in the last stretch of S9 subway station’s transfer floor.

Workers work from 7pm to 5am. The bottom plate will be completed in December, preparing ground for assembling the TBM.

Located 11 meters underground, the total floor area is 4,000 square meters.

Braving the hot weather, workers pour concrete the whole night through.
The equipment has been carefully prepared to ensure safety and convenience for the work.

Construction of the Nhon-Hanoi Railway Station line started in September 2010.

 Environmental protection is always guaranteed.

The Nhon-Hanoi Railway Station line extends 12.5 kilometers from Nhon in Tay Tuu ward, Hanoi's western district of Nam Tu Liem, along Kim Ma street to Hanoi Railway Station in the downtown area. It runs 8.5 kilometers on elevated tracks through eight stations and four kilometers underground through four stations.

In August 2019, the Hanoi People’s Committee approved adjustments to the implementation duration and the capital structure of this project.

Accordingly, the project will be carried out until 2022. The whole metro line will become operational in December that year.

Of the total investment capital of EUR1.17 billion, Hanoi decided to reduce the funding sourced from the official development assistance of the French Development Agency (AFD) to EUR158.7 million from EUR178.7 million, and raise the borrowings from the French government from EUR335.4 million to EUR355.1 million.
