L-39NG squadron participating in national ceremony for first time A formation of six L-39NG aircraft, four official and two in reserve, is taking part in rehearsals for an aerial display marking the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2. The L-39NG is an advanced jet trainer newly equipped for the 910th Regiment. Based on the original L-39 Albatros, the L-39NG has been upgraded with improved aerodynamics to reduce air resistance.
