THE HANOI TIMES — Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on the evening of August 30 departed from Hanoi to attend the 2025 Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit and undertake a working visit to China from August 31 to September 1, at the invitation of the Chinese government.

The Vietnamese delegation includes Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Vu Hong Thanh and senior officials from the Ministries of Construction, Agriculture and Environment, National Defense, Foreign Affairs, Public Security, Finance, Science and Technology.
