The app serves as the official and unified platform to help the people verify information about the Party's policies and guidelines.
THE HANOI TIMES — A mobile application on information and education and mass mobilization affairs of Vietnam has been launched this weekend in Hanoi.
Developed by the military-run Industry and Telecoms Group (Viettel), the app is designed to serve as a trusted digital bridge between the Party, the State and the people.
Featuring accessible multimedia content and an AI-powered assistant for rapid question-and-answer support, the platform enables citizens to proactively search for policies, submit questions and feedback, offer recommendations and track official responses.

The app is expected to help reduce policy misunderstandings and unnecessary complaints, strengthen protection against fake news, develop digital citizenship and build trust in the Party and the State.
Politburo member and Permanent Member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat Tran Cam Tu said the app’s launch represents a technological step forward and a practical demonstration of the Party’s innovative leadership in the digital era.
The platform is designed to provide accurate and timely information, guide public opinion, build trust and unity within the Party and society, and contribute to consensus-building and social stability.
Tu stressed that the app must serve as a reliable official information channel, capable of conveying the Party’s policies and the State’s laws accurately and persuasively, in close connection with Vietnam’s realities and people’s daily lives.
He added that regular updates are critical to maintaining the app’s credibility and influence, and that its operation should be closely aligned with the modernization of information, education and mass mobilization methods.
Emphasizing interaction over one-way communication, Tu said the app should strengthen dialogue with the public, with the ultimate goal of effective ideological guidance and broad social consensus.
